Eden is an Essex woman in her late forties, she lives with her dog, and a part time cat.
An independent publisher of hilarious, candid and occasionally tragic modern fiction collections. And non-fiction guides to writing, publishing and book marketing. Which she writes under the name Eden S. Gruger.
Eden is passionate about literacy issues, so her work is designed according to The British Dyslexia Association suggestions. With a larger, regular shaped font, extra spacing between lines, and bold titles to make it clear to readers when a new story starts.
"Everyone should be able to pick up a book and get stuck in if they want to, it is up to writers and publishers to design their books in ways that help everyone get involved".
When not writing Eden is passionate about challenging the stereotypes around living with invisible disability.
She is inspired by David Sedaris’s humour, Barbara Conwys writing style, and Sarah Millican’s unashamed love of food.
