Millionaires R Made With Deep Conversations

My second appearance on the Millionaires R Made podcast with Austin was a real eye opening episode of Intellectual Health, about deep conversations. It was also on another really hot day, and I may have accused Austin of being in charge of our heatwaves, you’ll have to listen to the episodes to find out why!

The show looks at the ways we can be rich in life outside of the financial realm (although some episodes do touch on this too), emotionally, intellectually and spiritually which I love.

Austin asked us ‘in a fast-paced world that rewards quick answers and surface-level exchanges, how do we slow down enough to engage in real, meaningful dialogue?’ This episode dove into the art of asking better questions, listening with intention, and exploring ideas that challenge and inspire us.

We uncovered how deep conversations can spark personal growth, strengthen relationships, and open doors to new perspectives—while also learning how to move beyond small talk and into connection that truly matters.

My fellow guests Elizabeth Grandinetti a joy coach and Tyler of TriumFit Challenge and I shared our personal experiences of deep conversations, practical tools that we used to facilitate that, and thought-provoking insights to help listeners cultivate richer, more intentional conversations in their own lives.

As everyone who knows me already knows I love a deep conversation whenever I get the chance, and find small talk decidedly wearing on my soul if I am subjected to too much of it. So, this episode was right up my street, and discussing this with people I hadn’t met before, hearing their perspectives and suggestions opened my mind to new ideas. Which is always a great experience.
